Sunrise series: Dage minors,The man behind the mile

 Dage Minors in the first Bermudian to run a sub 4 minute mile.  On Friday, January 27, 2023 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, Boston University Open event Dage ran 03:59:35 in the one mile race.  According to trackandfieldnews.com about 1,660 athletes worldwide have accomplished this historic barrier as of April 13, 2021. It's an incredible achievement, which was once considered "impossible if not fatal" before Sir Roger Gilbert Bannister - an English neurologist and middle-distance athlete - ran the first sub-4-minute mile in 1954.
