Dr. David Annan, Lecturer at Bermuda College, joins The Daily Hour to discuss Bermuda’s education reform and the stalled implementation of the proposed two-tier public school system.
The conversation will examine the thinking behind the move toward a two-tier system, what the reform was intended to accomplish, and why implementation has not progressed as originally envisioned.
